Get assessment / ask amount for downpayment
Make payment to Bank
Enrollment validation

Step 5. Office of the Registrar

Submit Validated enrollment
Get Study Load
Get the login username and password

Step 6. IT Department

Secure Student ID

Step 7. Coop

Pay School Uniform and Books

2. Birth Certificate (Authenticated by NSO)
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. 2 copies 2×2 recent colored picture

TRANSFEREE / SECOND COURSERS
1. Informative copy of Transcript of Records from previous institution
2. Certificate of Transfer Credentials
3. Birth Certificate (Authenticated by NSO)
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. 2 copies of 2×2 recent colored picture
