MHAM is composed of three (3) entities:
- Matias H. Aznar Memorial College of Medicine, Inc. – A higher education institution offering the Doctor of Medicine program.
- MHAM College, Inc. – Offers undergraduate programs such as Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, and Biology major in Medical Biology.
- MHAM Diagnostics and Medical, Inc. – Provides quality laboratory and radiology services to the MHAM community and the public.
MHAM is located at 56 R. Duterte St., Banawa, Guadalupe, Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines 6000.
The MHAM Building is a 10-storey structure equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and situated within a 1–2 km radius of hospitals, supermarkets, churches, and other key establishments.
