Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology / Medical Laboratory Science

The Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (Medical Laboratory Science) program is a four-year program consisting of general education subjects and professional subjects. The fourth year level is the Clinical Internship Training Program with twelve (12) months of intensive practical and theoretical training in the different sections of the clinical laboratory such as Clinical Chemistry; Hematology; Immunohematology (Blood Banking); Immunology and Serology; Microbiology, and Parasitology; Clinical Microscopy (Analysis of Urine and Body Fluids); Cytology and Histopathology; and other areas or techniques relevant to medicine and/or disease surveillance to physicians and health care providers for the benefit of the patient and the community.

Graduates of this program shall be conferred the degree of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology / Medical Laboratory Science and shall be eligible to secure appropriate license to practice as an autonomous professional (Registered Medical Technologist) in the clinical laboratory and other related field/careers.

Bachelor of Science in Biology

The Bachelor of Science in Biology program is a four-year program that offers general knowledge on various biological sciences such as zoology, botany, physiology, genetics, histology, microbiology, and other relevant topics in the diverse field of biology. The program also offers strong foundation not only for medicine but also for advancement and specialization in Biotechnology, Genetic Engineering, Computational Biology, Genomics, Molecular biology, Neurobiology, and other related fields / disciplines.

Graduates of this program shall be conferred the degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology and shall be eligible to practice as an autonomous professional in biological research and other related careers and specializations.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing

A Bachelor of Science in Nursing program is a four-year undergraduate degree that equips you with the knowledge and skills to become a registered nurse. It combines classroom learning with real-world clinical experiences, preparing you to:

  • Provide patient care: You’ll learn to assess patients’ conditions, administer medications, manage treatments, and offer emotional support.
  • Think critically: Nurses make crucial decisions daily. BSN programs hone your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communicate effectively: Collaboration is key in healthcare. You’ll develop strong communication skills to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Graduates of this program shall be conferred the degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing and shall be eligible to secure appropriate license to practice as Registered Nurses (RNs).
 

Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning, Major in Disaster Risk Management

The Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning program is a five-year program that offers general knowledge on various principles and theories on urban, regional, and human settlements planning. This program deals with analyzing, specifying, classifying, harmonizing, managing, preserving, conserving, rehabilitating, and regulating the use and development of land and water resources and the human environment.
 
Graduates of this program shall be conferred the degree of Bachelor of Science in Environmental Planning, Major in Disaster Risk Management and shall be eligible to secure appropriate license to practice as an autonomous professional (Registered Environmental Planner) in local/national government units and other related field/careers.
